Data Controls

How it works
Some data is controlled directly on your device and does not require contacting Saqlain.
Open your device Settings, find Saqlain, and turn location, microphone, notifications, or photo permissions on or off at any time. All permissions are optional.
Removing the app from your device clears all locally stored data — bookmarks, reading progress, and settings. Reinstalling starts fresh unless you have cloud sync enabled.
If you used connected AI features and want server-side records reviewed or deleted, send a data request to saqlaintoolkit@gmail.com with enough detail for us to locate the records.
Email saqlaintoolkit@gmail.com with the platform you used, a description of the data, and the action you want (access, correction, or deletion). We may ask for verification before completing the request.
Without an account, Saqlain stores nothing on our servers. All your reading history, bookmarks, and journal entries stay on your device. Uninstalling removes everything.
